I will give each player the opportunity to improve their skills, gain more confidence and develop self-esteem.

I will not criticize players publicly, I will learn to be a more effective communicator and coach.

I will be a good listener, never verbally or physically abuse a player, an official, or a parent.

I will adjust myself to accommodate each players personal needs and problems.

I will have an open line of communication with both parents and players.

I will stress the importance of good health habits and clean living.

I will be a positive role model to my players.

I will have organized practices.

I will be punctual.

Winning is a big part of soccer, but not the only part, nor the most important part.
