Neil played his club soccer for Michigan Wolves state champions. He was a three year ODP player and graduated from Henry Ford II where he was a four year varsity player and two year captain. Neil attended Macomb College where he was a 2 year captain and all American. He played four years professionally for Windsor Border Stars (CPSL). Neil also played professionally with the WAZA FLO PRO (PASL PRO) for one year.
