Begins Friday, August 18th and runs 8 weeks.

Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ)
SAQ is a fun way for our young athletes to become quicker, faster, and stronger when it comes to movements on the field. It is a system of training aimed at the development of motor abilities and the control of body movement through the development of the neuromuscular system. It aims to improve the athlete’s ability to perform explosive multi-directional movements by reprogramming the neuromuscular system to work effectively. Program developed and coordinated by Rob LaForest who is NASE certified, along with a bachelor of science in kinesiology from Wayne State University.
Technical Ball Skills
The technical side of our club training will be comprised of 30 minutes of intense ball work. These sessions are tailored to focus on each player’s technical development (dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting), based on age and level of experience. We anticipate all players developing in a fun environment that will be staged with intensity, discipline and concentration.
Cost is free for DA and MRL players and they do NOT need to register.
Any other players wishing to participate must register online and pay $25 for the entire 8 Fridays.
