SAQ will help players become quicker, faster, and stronger. The objective of this part of the training program will be to improve player's motor skills, the control of body movements through the development of the neuromuscular system. It also aims to improve the athlete’s ability to perform explosive multi-directional movements by reprogramming the neuromuscular system to work effectively.
The technical side of our club training will focus on each players individual development. We will train to improve players dribbling, 1v1, 2v2, passing, receiving, shooting and decision making abilities. Players will work together based on age and level of experience. We anticipate all players training and developing in a fun environment that will be staged with intensity, discipline and concentration.
Our Michigan Burn Coaching Staff and SAQ Group will be running each session.
