Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) training increases production in all areas of the game of soccer. SAQ training improves lateral movements to get around a defender, adds explosive breakaway speed to get to goal or to chase down an attacker, develops better coordination, burns fat, strengthens muscle, and lessens the time it takes for the body to recover.
